I'm a Florida girl at heart, but fell in love here on Cape Cod and have been embracing New England life ever since. It's been such a blessing building a life and chasing my dreams with my husband, our two little girls, and our pups.
I'm Ashley!

Wow, what an incredibly gorgeous day for Liz and Andrew! The sun was shining, the sky was a brilliant blue, and it was warm for the better half of the day. The Cape was surely showing off for Liz and Andrew’s Cape Cod wedding at The Flying Bridge.
My second photographer and I arrived at the couple’s respective getting ready locations. Liz was perfectly ready to go, wearing her dress and her biggest smile. Andrew and his guys were fashionably late to their photos, having got caught up in a game of pickleball. Guys will be guys! We kept the timeline running smoothly, though, and had a lot of fun.
Liz loves the local scenery of Falmouth, so we made sure to incorporate that into the portrait portion of the day. Their first look took place at Spohr Gardens, and I could not have been more obsessed with how those photos turned out. There’s something about how the afternoon sunlight streams down through the trees that just makes it photograph like a dream. I loved how intimate that moment was since we were the only ones there. Well, Liz’s parents wanted to see Andrew’s reaction to seeing his bride for the first time, and we caught the cutest capture of them peeking out behind one of the trees in the background. So adorable.
After a lot of corralling during family and bridal party photos, we all piled into my car and drove up the road to the beach. My second was squatting between my kids’ carseats! I was not prepared for carpooling. The wind was blowing, the sun was bright, but so worth it for that iconic Cape Cod wedding day vibe.
Pro Tip: Photographers and brides, did you know your car’s cupholders are perfect for propping up the bridal bouquet so it doesn’t get squashed?!
Many tears were shed on Liz and Andrew’s wedding day, which I consider a success. I love when my brides come to me to assure them their mascara isn’t running down their face. Which, by the way, I had to assure quite a few times before we even made it to the ceremony! Tears on a wedding day are the greatest sign of happiness. Liz and Andrew, I witnessed so much happiness on your day. Wishing you both much much more throughout your married life.
