I'm a Florida girl at heart, but fell in love here on Cape Cod and have been embracing New England life ever since. It's been such a blessing building a life and chasing my dreams with my husband, our two little girls, and our pups.
I'm Ashley!
When we think of the Cape, most of us think “family vacation”. Right? Summertime is the perfect time to bring the family to the Cape for some fun in the sun and memories that last a lifetime! From Falmouth to Provincetown- and everywhere in between- you’ll find ice cream shops galore (probably like hundreds! my husband and I tried to count on our way home from Wellfleet one summer and in 20 minutes we were already up to over 20), miniature golf, souvenir shops, drive-in-theaters, trails, ponds, local farm stands, harbors, main streets lined with quaint store fronts and great restaurants, gardens and parks, lighthouses, spectacular ocean views, and beaches that will make you want to stay and breathe in the salty air forever.
Cape Cod summers are simply captivating. It’s no wonder photoshoots are so popular this time of year! The spectacular sunrises and stunning sunsets are perfect backdrops for your must-have beach portraits! Want to make them POP? Agata and her mother know how to do just that! Choose statement pieces that WOW! I’m always excited for a little pop of pink (it’s the color of my brand!), and I just love that bold blue dress so much!
Agata and her family enjoyed a relaxing and fun-filled week together at the Yachtsman Condos in Hyannis. This Cape Cod town is probably the busiest year-round because it’s like the “big city”. There is something for everyone in Hyannis. I personally recommend sticking to Main Street and the oceanfront, though, if you’re looking for traditional Cape Cod charm. Oh, and be sure to check out the Cape Cod Potato Chip Factory! (That may need to be saved for next year’s trip, however, due to COVID) Follow it up with a tour and tasting at Cape Cod Beer, too!
Little Bella was not as excited to have her picture taken as her mommy was. Thank goodness for my trusty friend, Mr. Puppy! Whatever it takes to keep the little ones happy, am I right?
I had the most wonderful evening with the Slattery Family! I try to describe all of my families with words written in their blogs, but Agata said it perfectly in her review: A picture is worth a thousand words. These pictures truly capture the essence of everything I felt during their session. Words just won’t do them justice.
Thank you for reading! And don’t forget- find your happy on Cape Cod!
