I'm a Florida girl at heart, but fell in love here on Cape Cod and have been embracing New England life ever since. It's been such a blessing building a life and chasing my dreams with my husband, our two little girls, and our pups.
I'm Ashley!
Oh, how I loved this intimate backyard wedding on Cape Cod! Sarah and Brian said “I do” last summer at a beautiful Cape Cod home overlooking the water. A spacious backyard and private beach added to the intimacy and elegance of the day. The couple shared their Cape Cod home with their immediate family, making the time leading up to the ceremony lots of fun! We even enjoyed some bubbly (yes, I sipped along with the girls while they were getting ready)! When you’re all together with your family, typically your favorite people, guards are let down and there’s usually no filter. I walked in an outsider, and left part of the group. That’s what I love most about these types of weddings.
I started photographing weddings during the height of the pandemic, so micro, at-home weddings were all I knew. Now that the wedding industry is back to normal, I’m celebrating with my couples in a big way- raging receptions, large bridal parties, and all of the fixings that make a wedding exceptional. While all of that excites me, I’m still very fond of the intimate backyard weddings that showcase Cape Cod living at its finest. If cozy and intimate is what you’re after, I’m sure you’ll be able to find the perfect Cape Cod home here.
Sarah and Brian exchanged gifts with one another. They each gave one another a special token of their love that would help symbolize the importance of today. I love when my couples incorporate these kinds of details.
Wishing Sarah and Brian a happily ever after to love and cherish!
