Oh, yes. More Boston weddings, please! I love the beach and the beauty that lies in the spot where ocean meets sky, but I do really love being in the city. Jake’s family has brought me to Boston for photos so many times, and I am beyond grateful for my many strolls through all of the city’s best doing what I love. It is only fitting that my first ever Boston wedding was for Jake and his beautiful bride, Kat. Their Seaport Hotel Boston wedding was just exquisite and truly a great time! Boston, I love you. Kat and Jake, I love you more.

Boston Wedding Venue

The Seaport Hotel Boston is a wedding day dream! It’s extravagant, it’s luxury, and it’s right in the heart of the Boston seaport. From the getting ready spaces, to the courtyard garden, to all of the possible ceremony and reception ballrooms, it is a one-stop shop. If you didn’t want to leave the property at all, you wouldn’t have to. This hotel has everything when it comes to wedding planning and ideal locations for wedding day photos. We did walk off property for some of the portraits, and I do recommend doing so if you can. Just the images we captured of everyone walking in the crosswalks were very cool. And the city dwellers happily celebrated Kat and Jake while they very cutely strutted on the pedestrian cat-walk.

Good Vibes Only

I love a couple that just wants enjoy their wedding day, regardless of how it unfolds. That couple is Kat and Jake. The day absolutely went off without a hitch, don’t get me wrong. We stayed true to the timeline, there was little to no stress, and we couldn’t have asked for better weather. But, we did run into a bit of a challenge during family and bridal party photos. And that challenge was wind. So windy. Kat and Jake never faltered, though. Smiles, laughter, and “go with the flow” attitudes.

Kat and Jake, celebrating you is easy. Loving you as a couple is even easier. I’m so happy to know you both, and I’m looking forward to all of the ways I get to celebrate you in the future!
