I'm a Florida girl at heart, but fell in love here on Cape Cod and have been embracing New England life ever since. It's been such a blessing building a life and chasing my dreams with my husband, our two little girls, and our pups.
I'm Ashley!

Y’all, my baby sister graduated from high school! I’m not even sure I’ve fully comprehended this fact, even after watching her cross the stage and taking these portraits. Kaitlyn and I are thirteen years apart which means I am way old now, and pretty much no longer cool. And now that I’ve said that last statement, I can hear my family thinking “was she ever cool”? Ha! Anyway, Mackenzie and I spent a week in my Florida hometown enjoying lots of family time and celebrating her aunt’s accomplishment. We even got to see her off to prom! On our last day in town, in true diva fashion (we call her Diva, and Mackenzie pronounces it “Dobey” LOL), we were finally able to get some senior photos of our girl. There’s a little hidden courtyard garden across from Mackenzie’s favorite park (it has a firetruck in it), and it ended up being the perfect location! Thus, a garden style senior session.
Mackenzie and Kaitlyn are about fifteen years apart, very similar to the age difference between Kaitlyn and I. I remember Kaitlyn being little like Mackenzie and watching with excitement as I got ready for my prom and graduation. It was really cute seeing the role reversal with Mackenzie.
I love this little slice of paradise I grew up in. Moreover, I love seeing it through the lens.
So happy I had the opportunity to capture this milestone for my sister. She’s a tough cookie to photograph, but I definitely think we created some magic! Congrats baby sis! We are all so proud of you!
